I can’t see the point in passwording .rar files on a torrent?
Come to that I can’t see the point in making the torrent into a .rar in the first place.
It’s self defeating and 90% of the time .rar are ignored by downloaders exactly because of having passwords or because they contain various forms of malware.
Is it really worth the time making the torrent? Is the space saved really worth it.

car-a-cole in some countries making a rar with a password makes the torrent private so it is legal to upload that way while public (as ripped mp3s) uploading is illegal.
