This book was originally recorded in 2003 on tape by New Millennium. Somewhere along the line of transfers the first page or two of Chapter 34 went missing. I downloaded the Audible file twice with the same results. They are important pages, as is every page in this book, so I have included the text of the first pages. They are typed because the only print copy I could find was a photo copy in Internet Archive.
