Great book. Pretty light on the LitRPG elements and not what many would consider a LitRPG, but unless you limit your novels exclusively to LitRPG, this one is worth the listen.

Good to know, I for the most part shy away from LitRPG, but this was one of the few of Hooke’s sci-fi books I didn’t have. And the description didn’t have the feel of a hard core LitRPG. :-) Haven’t listened to it yet, but it’s on my list.

Better than expected but lacks a compelling plot. Not a repeat listen.

Very very light on the litrpg but it’s a good book Hooke is one of my favorites. Also I know people are coming down on writers for trying to do litrpg books and failing but hey to you I say. Better to try and fail than never to have tried at all. I thank you wholeheartedly for sharing.
